Monitor CPU/Memory Performance through Server Manager on a Windows Server 2012

1. From the target server, open Server Manager.

2. At the Server Manager Console, click at Local Server and then scroll down to section Performance.

3. At the Performance Section underneath the CPU/Memory Graph there is a list where your Server is listed. Right-click on the Server Name, click on Start Performance Counters.

After a couple of minutes you will see the graphs filling with data.
